When we visited the zoo, we spent the night with a family friend. Since the wife is a pastor, we went to church with them. It is a short walk from their house to the church. However since it was raining and all I packed was sandals that would not been safe to walk in, I drove over there. The Imaginative One walked in the rain though.
This picture was taken through my windshield after I backed out of my parking spot.
When we were at the zoo, we got to “meet” Ying and Yang who are baby small-clawed Asian otters. Ying and Yang were born in February.
They had just woken when we saw them in the morning. One of the baby otters was on top of the blanket and the other was under the blanket. The one who was on top of the blanket coerced the other to come out and play. He finally came out to play and we watched in awe!
We visited them in the afternoon. They were tuckered out but still cute.

My favorite place to visit is the Columbus Zoo. Last year, I got a membership for myself as a birthday present. Since I’ve used the membership a lot, we decided to get a membership for the whole family. The Wee One, Imaginative One, and I headed to the zoo on Saturday. Flowers were blooming so I took the opportunity to take pictures of the flowers.
There were lots of tulips at the entrance and around the lake area. They were beautiful! The Imaginative One and I loved looking at them. The Wee One was bored because I took a lot of pictures of them.
I haven’t used this blog in forever. Today I clicked on it and found out people were still checking it out. 
So I decided to add a new post. This is part of the ferris wheel from the Navy Pier.

These are four words (or a similar phrase) that I hear a lot. So when I was reviewing the pictures I took at the Columbus Zoo, I immediately thought that the one bear was telling the other to not to mess with him.

This is Brutus and Bruno. They are brother brown bears who live at the Columbus Zoo. Seven years ago, they were found orphaned in Alaska. They spent some time in the Anchorage Zoo before coming to the Columbus Zoo.
The one on the left wanted to play but the one on the right wanted to dig in the dirt. Soon after this picture, they started to wrestle which was a magnificant sight.
